Dear Sir or Madam,
    I am writing to tell you something about the digital camera I purchased from your website a fortnight ago. Much to my disappointment, it never seems to work normally. First of all, the picture isn’t so clear as you claimed. In addition, it’s awkward to handle, which has brought me much trouble. What I expect is a human–friendly one. Worse still, it often breaks down, while a digital camera at such a lavish price isn't expected to have so many problems.
    Due to its poor quality and the considerable inconvenience it has caused, I wonder whether you can do something about it. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get my money back. I’ll send it back to you immediately you return the money to me. If it can’t be helped, I wish you could at least have it repaired or changed.
