Recently some American scientists have given a useful piece of advice to people in industrialized countries. They insisted that people should eat more of the same kind of food eaten by humans living in Stone Age—in other words, we should eat what our ancestors ate.  56 
The scientists say that the human life has changed greatly．In many countries, people’s diet has changed, generally with increases in consumption of meat, dairy(乳品) products, vegetable oils, and fruit juice, and decreases in consumption of starchy(含淀粉的) foods such as bread, potatoes, and rice.   57  All of these have led to new kinds of sicknesses, which were not known in ancient times. They ate a lot of fresh wild vegetables and fruits. Dear Helen,
Thank you so much for your party at Christmas Eve. All of them enjoyed it very much. We liked the dishes you had cooked but we were happy to learn the English songs you taught us. We hope you’ll  teach us a lot many songs in the future. We’re leaving from our hometowns to spend the winter vacations.  It seems that much of us are homesick after being away from home for such a longtime. What are your plans?
